This grey Highlander Hybrid Platinum with automatic eCVT comes with 2.5 Litre V4 hybrid engine. It’s basically the same configuration as the RAV4 Hybrid. It drives very quietly with comparable power to the V6 engine that comes on the gas variant.
Unique to the Venza Hybrid Limited with grey interior comes with uniquely designed LED headlights and a long stoplight that is mounted at the top of the cargo door. It’s a unique design that is sure to attract positive attention from passerby. The Limited is ready for most driving conditions, coming with 19″ alloy wheels with all-season tires.
This grey Highlander Hybrid Platinum comes in an impressive body with a coloured front bumper & rear skid plate & 20″ alloy wheels. The headlights, running lights and fog lights are LED.
This is the only trim in the line-up that comes with reverse auto-tilting side mirrors.There are puddle lights installed to these mirrors and signs a ‘Highlander’ logo to the ground making it safer to get in and out at night.
The grey Highlander Hybrid Platinum comes with a full-size panoramic sunroof. The rear side doors have built-in sunshades. The power backdoor can be open either via buttons or by activating the kick sensors.
The 12.3″ touchscreen display is exclusive on the Limited & Platinum trim. A number of menus & features, such as climate control and seat heating or ventilation, can be accessed by slide gestures, you can see some examples in the video above.
Apple CarPlay & Android Auto can be accessed when a compatible cellphone is connected via USB. The vehicle also has a display rearview mirror and head-up display.
The Platinum is already the highest available trim so it comes with all the best features!
The price for a Platinum model is in the luxury tax bracket, so it may be wise to consider the Limited model which will keep the tax at 12% if you are purchasing in BC.
These are the key features that you get exclusive on the Platinum and if you don’t see value in them, you should be fine going with the Limited: 12.3″ touch screen with slide gesture, digital display rearview mirror, 360 bird’s-eye-view camera and reverse auto-tilting side mirrors.
Also, the Platinum is the only trim that has the middle row captain’s chairs. If you rather have 8 seats instead of just 7, the Limited is a good option too.
